Born in Piacenza, Italy, in 1985, but pisan by adoption (my mother is from Marina di Pisa), I fell in love with photography relatively early, traveling in the wake of my uncles around France, Spain and Portugal. I started with a rickety old film camera, then I moved to digital reflex.
I'm a self-taught photographer specializing in landscape, architecture, and street photography with a minimalist and surrealist approach— a passion I have successfully pursued for years alongside my main professional career.

I also curate my Instagram page with over 40k followers, dedicated primarily to showcasing the beauty of Pisa and Tuscany.
My photographs have always had a special consideration for architecture, and they are often linked with the human figure, without whom the structures would not exist.
Recently I'm focusing on nature and landscape phoography.

Winner, "Raconte-moi ta ville" competition (organized by the Municipality of Pisa and the "Angers Jumelages" Association) with a series dedicated to Pisa's March 2018 snowfall. Invited as a guest to Angers, France, for a solo exhibition of the winning photos. Featured in a second solo exhibition in Angers in 2022, held at the prestigious Tour Saint Aubin.

Invited by MINI (BMW) to Beijing, China, during the Design Week to follow the MINI Living Urban Cabin project, a housing solution designed to cope with overcrowding in the big cites.

Finalist, "Pisa città ideale" competition. Two finalist images were selected for the Municipality of Pisa’s official tourism campaign (coverage of a column at Piazza dei Miracoli's Infopoint, usage in brochures and on public transit advertising).
